Over the past decade, one of the key ways we've lived the Shine Our Light philosophy is through our Servant Leadership Program. Our interns gain unique, hands-on experience on the front lines, often working directly within our manufacturing teams. They have access to all of our tools, resources, and systems, ensuring a truly customized internship experience.

Format:

• 15 minute interview

• ~ 30 minutes of Q & R

Technical requirements:

• A desktop computer, iPad, phone, or laptop (one device per person)

• Zoom (with mic & video)
