We designed kaaspass to supplement the work that a leadership team is already working on. By offering scalable training and resources, we compliment work that is being done by internal CI professionals in an organization. We have discovered that having an external guide allows for an outside perspective to be shared, which can be more effective.

If your organization is not ready for a CI Transformation and you want to start in a specific area of the organization, you can sign-up individuals and teams for an unguided kaaspass.

If you desire to go through a sustainable organizational transformation with top leadership support, then a guided kaaspass is right for you.

After the individual or team signs up for a self-guided kaaspass, they have access to attend a Waste Tour, our CI foundations event. After that, they can continue to attend portions of the Waste Tour to continue their learning or join in on a monthly Q & R.

1. Connect
First, we connect with the leader of the team or organization that is leading this effort. We get to know each other and share how to use our roadmap, “The Expedition,” for your CI journey. As part of the connect phase, we divide the organization into learning groups or teams and get to know their context.

2. Grow
We have scheduled training events that are open to paid users of kaaspass for teams to register for. We always recommend the Waste Tour as the first kaaspass event since it gives the CI foundations needed for the other events to make sense. After that, users and teams can register for future kaaspass events that fit in well with their schedule.

3. Go
Each team will reach a point when they are ready to try applying what they’ve learned to their actual work. We support the leadership team with daily mentorship, tools, and training to propel the organization up the mountain.

With an unguided kaaspass, the Truth Bit Pull team is here to provide learning resources, live training content, and a framework to transform how you and your team go through your CI learning journey (“The Expedition”).

With a guided kaaspass, we also guide you through the transformation process and cater the resources & live content to your needs.

Regardless of the level of engagement that you choose, your role is to ensure that the Training Program is carried out, apply the learning to solve business problems, and provide consistent feedback to the Truth Bit Pull team.
