Truth Bit Pull is our simplification of what we have learned from Kaizen, lean tools, and The Toyota Way. Truth Bit Pull is the antidote to the 7 wastes and the guiding principles that we practice and teach.
-
We focus on teaching the principles that are baked into the foundation of all Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Kaizen, Six-Sigma, Theory of Constraints, etc. Our training is based on our team’s many visits to Japan and observing the Toyota Production System firsthand as well as our lived experience trying to apply this in our actual business, Kaas Tailored. By applying the principles within our company, we have experienced a total culture transformation which has resulted in continuous growth and improvement over the past 20+ years.
-
We have learned that these principles apply to every industry, not just manufacturing. We have observed good fruit from health care, fashion design, hospitality, and even government agencies. When guests share their experiences of applying what they’ve learned with us, we receive optimistic feedback of transformation occurring within teams and organizations; often with the request for more information and training.

It is a virtual subscription designed to help organizations go through a Continuous Improvement transformation.
In 2020, we had to reimagine tours during a pandemic. We prototyped a tour via zoom and learned that it is still very impactful for all involved.
In 2021, we were working on a kata challenge to figure out how we can experience daily training events in community. Through many daily coaching cycles, we landed on kaaspass - a subscription that enabled us to put on regular virtual events as well as daily coaching with leadership teams.
In 2022, we recognized that many organizations are ready for kaaspass in pockets, but only a few qualified because they lacked top leadership support. This lead to innovation. We now have two different subscriptions: guided and unguided.

It depends on your starting point.
If your organization is new to Continuous Improvement but you desire to go through a transformation, we’d recommend a guided kaaspass. This subscription was designed to help solve this problem.
If your organization has a Kaizen Promotion Office (or equivalent) and extra support from an outside perspective, we’d recommend a Waste Tour or Field Day.
If your leadership team is unaware of the principles we trust, we’d recommend that they check out the Learning page on our website to learn some of the basics and then schedule a conversation with our leadership team. We can help!
