Expected outcomes:
The Waste Tour was designed so that our guests leave with more awareness of the 7 wastes and the impact that they have on their psychological, physical, and emotional well-being. This has the power to motivate people to go back home and look for waste within their work or home life. Some leave inspired to transform their organization to move to flow. Occasionally our guests will find despair when they leave kaas and go back into their normal life.

Waste Tour Theme:
The Office of GM and Office of President section is the part of our business that “selects the music” and “conducts the orchestra.” This includes the President, General Manager, HR, Finance, and the team that supports the President & GM. This tour will be featuring hosts from the Office of GM & President section who are excited to share what they have been learning.
