A lean coffee is a way to host structured meetings without creating an agenda beforehand. This allows for participants to take part in co-creating the agenda based on what people want to talk about during the session.

Expected outcomes:

• A space to get questions answered or help with real-world problems

• To learn from others within the kaaspass community

• Feel the momentum of improving every day

Format:

• Submit questions or topics (5 minutes)

• Vote on topics for lean coffee (1 minute)

• Discuss each topic (~5 minutes per topic)

• Reflect on the session (final 3 minutes)

Technical requirements:

• A desktop computer, iPad, phone, or laptop (one device per person)

• Zoom (with mic & video)

Ideally, you have attended a Waste Tour (in-person or virtually)
