Too good to be true?

When we first learned about the Toyota Production System, we thought it sounded too good to be true. How could Kaizen possibly be good for customers, shareholders, and our employees? It was just a bit much. After multiple trips to Japan to see for ourselves, we ultimately discovered that a business culture based on sound principles was not only possible but worthy of our pursuit.

We believe that the best way to transform any organization is to guide the trajectory of the culture towards one that is more fully aligned with the principles of truth, bit, and pull.

Need a guide?

We sure did. From our early beginnings, sharing what we have learned with other people has been one of our core values. We felt strongly that our mistakes and successes could be much more valuable in the hands of other organizations. This is why we started offering Waste Tours many years ago.
